Install the version for your operating system and confirm that your host supports its plugin format. If a plugin does not appear, check your host’s plugin scan settings and scan again.

Your purchase email and licence key arrive by email after payment. Open the plugin menu and choose its licence entry, then enter those details while online. New customers also receive a link to set their account password. After activation, the plugin works offline without periodic licence-server checks. Your licence normally covers two computers for your own use; several plugin instances on one computer use one place.

Open the licence window on the old computer and choose DEACTIVATE while online. Wait for server confirmation, then activate on the new computer. If the connection fails, the local deactivation stays pending: reconnect and choose RETRY. The server place is released after confirmation. Deactivation does not restart the seven-day trial. An older activation may first ask you to verify your purchase email and key once.

Already activated computers keep working. Email support@metasisaudio.com from your purchase address and tell us which plugin you use and whether you need another personal computer or help replacing a lost or broken one. We can adjust your licence allowance or resolve an inaccessible device. View the current allowance in My account → My Licenses. Device deactivation takes place inside the plugin.

You can transfer a complete perpetual paid licence through My account → My Licenses without a transfer fee. Deactivate its computers and stop using retained copies first. The recipient accepts an email invitation within seven days. Read the transfer steps and answers in our FAQ.
