Right of withdrawal for consumers
You have the right to withdraw from a distance contract for digital content within fourteen days without giving a reason. For digital content not supplied on a physical medium, the period generally starts on the date the contract is concluded, subject to the applicable information requirements.
To exercise this right, notify us of your decision by an unequivocal statement, for example by email or letter, using the contact details below. You may use the model form on this page, but you are not required to do so.

Sending your withdrawal statement before the period expires is sufficient to meet the deadline.
Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw, payments received from you for the withdrawn contract are reimbursed without undue delay and no later than fourteen days after we receive your withdrawal statement. Reimbursement uses the original payment method unless another method is expressly agreed, and you will not incur reimbursement fees.
For these digital downloads there are no physical goods to return. After withdrawal, you may not continue to use or make the withdrawn digital content available to others. Statutory rights are unaffected.
Early supply of paid digital content
For paid digital content supplied before the withdrawal period expires, the right of withdrawal expires only if the applicable statutory requirements are met. These include your express consent to early performance, your acknowledgement that you lose the right once performance begins, the start of performance and provision of the required contractual confirmation.
Downloading a trial, creating an account or merely ticking an unrelated checkbox does not replace these requirements. Rights relating to a defective digital product remain separate.

Use the Withdraw from contract / Vertrag widerrufen function below or the link in the website footer. No account login is required. Enter your name, an email for the receipt and information identifying the contract or part you wish to withdraw. Review the details, then select Confirm withdrawal / Widerruf bestätigen. We immediately record the statement with its receipt time and send an acknowledgement containing the statement, date and time to your email. This function is an additional way to send your statement; email and letter remain available.
