Structural draft — please have a lawyer review the final wording before launch, especially the withdrawal-rights and liability sections.
These terms apply to all purchases made on metasisaudio.com, operated by Metasis Audio, Ahmet Sis, Schützenhofstr. 7, 26135 Oldenburg, Germany ("we", "us").
We sell downloadable audio plugin software, licensed for use under the terms of the End User License Agreement (EULA) included with each product. Purchasing a license does not transfer ownership of the software - it grants you a license to use it as described in the EULA.
Prices are shown in USD. Sales tax / VAT is calculated automatically at checkout based on your billing country and added on top of the listed price. Payment is processed entirely by our payment provider, Stripe - we never see or store your card details.
Our products are digital and delivered electronically: immediately after payment, we email you a license key and, for new customers, account login details. You can also view your license keys and invoices anytime by signing in at your account.
Because our products are digital content not supplied on a physical medium, your statutory right of withdrawal ends once download/delivery has begun, provided you have expressly acknowledged this at checkout. See our checkout page for the exact wording you agree to.
Unless stated otherwise on the product page, each license may be activated on up to 2 devices, in any combination of Windows and macOS. You can deactivate a device yourself at any time from your account to free up a slot for another machine.
We provide our software as described on the product page. Statutory warranty rights apply. Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law.
These terms are governed by German law. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of any mandatory protections under the law of your country of residence. Place of jurisdiction is Oldenburg, Germany, to the extent legally permissible. We are not obligated and not willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board. See our Imprint for the EU online dispute resolution (ODR) platform link.
